What is Open Play?
Open Play gives children the freedom to explore, imagine, create, and connect at their own pace. Families can enjoy our imaginative play rooms, crawler area, reading nook, creative spaces, and The Grove for bigger kids.
What ages is The Olive Branch designed for?
Our play café is designed for children from crawling age through 10 years old. Non-crawling infants are always welcome and play for free.
How much is Open Play?
One child: $15
Two children: $28
Three children: $39
Non-crawling infants: Free
Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are strongly encouraged because attendance is limited to keep the café comfortable and enjoyable. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.
How long is an Open Play session?
Each Open Play session lasts two hours. For reservations, your two hours begin at your scheduled reservation time. For walk-ins, your two hours begin when you check in. Arriving late for a reservation does not extend the session’s scheduled end time.
What happens if we arrive late?
We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes after your selected arrival time. After that, your spot may be released to another family, and we will help you reschedule for another available time.
Does a caregiver need to stay?
Yes. The Olive Branch is a caregiver-supervised play space, not a drop-off facility. A responsible adult must remain onsite and actively supervise their children throughout the visit.
Do we need to complete a waiver?
Yes. A current waiver is required for every child before entering the play areas. Completing it online before your visit will make check-in quicker.
Are food and drinks available?
Yes! Our café offers coffee, cold drinks, pastries, and prepackaged snacks for purchase. Please keep food and beverages in the designated café seating areas. No outside food or drinks permitted (except water bottles/baby bottles).
Do birthday parties interrupt Open Play?
No. Birthday parties are scheduled after our public Open Play hours, so families will not arrive expecting to play only to discover that we are closed for a private party.
Are memberships available?
Yes. Memberships are a great option for families who plan to visit regularly and include ongoing Open Play access along with additional member benefits.

Our hours and available arrival times are shown on the online booking calendar. Holiday hours, special events, or occasional schedule changes will also be reflected there.
