Postpartum & Caregiver Support

You deserve support, too.

At The Olive Branch Play Café, we believe caring for children also means caring for the people raising them.

Pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood can bring joy alongside changes that may feel overwhelming, isolating, or simply different than you expected. We’ve gathered resources to help parents and caregivers recognize when they may need additional support, learn more about perinatal mental health, and connect with people who can help.

Whether you’re looking for information for yourself, your partner, or someone you love, we hope this page makes finding support a little easier.

Groups & Connection

Sometimes what you need most is to know that you aren't the only one navigating this season.

The 4th Trimester

A Group for Expecting Parents

The 4th Trimester is designed to help expecting parents prepare for some of the things people don't always talk about before bringing a baby home — mentally, emotionally, and relationally.

Partners are welcome.

The group is offered monthly through Counseling4Life.

Finding Your Pink Again

Postpartum Support Group

Finding Your Pink Again is a four-week postpartum group offering a space to process the motherhood journey and reconnect with your sense of identity.

Through support, connection, and guidance, the group focuses on learning how to find and nurture yourself outside of motherhood.

The group is available to anyone up to two years postpartum, with both virtual and in-person options.

You Don't Have to Navigate This Season Alone

Parenthood doesn't always look or feel the way we expected it to.

Asking for help doesn't take away from the love you have for your child or the gratitude you may feel for your family. Support can simply be part of caring for yourself during a season of enormous change.

At The Olive Branch, our hope is to create more than a place for children to play. We want to help build a community where caregivers feel seen, supported, and connected — because caring for families means caring for the people raising them, too.
